This is a treatment prescribed for acne, in cases involving inflamed or ‘rosacea’ acne that fail to respond to other treatments or where other drugs are contraindicated. It also helps to regulate the sebaceous secretion of fatty skins. It reduces the cutaneous porosity and purifies the skin.

The treatment involves applying a photosensitizing substance and, subsequently, exposing it to a lightsource. In this way, we are able to attack the bacteria responsible for acne and to regulate the sebaceous secretion.

This takes place over two sessions. Certain cases may require additional treatments.
